How to make an order?
  1. Type a delivery address in the space provided above
  2. Choose a bouquet
  3. Pay securely using your debit/credit card on our website. Please be aware that we don’t accept cash. 
  4. Relax and we will do the rest!
What bank cards do you accept?

We accept all types of VISA and MasterCard (including Maestro), issued by any bank in the world including Belarusbank and BELKART.

How is the delivery done?

Your order will be delivered by a courier to the delivery address you gave us when completing your order

When is the delivery done?

The delivery is done within 24 hours of your order. If you need delivery by a certain time, please choose this option while completing your order. 

Where do you deliver to?

We cover all of Belarus. However, if you require delivery to a remote address, it is better to place an order earlier rather than later.

How to pay for an order?

You can only pay online at our website www.happybee.by.  We accept all types of VISA and MasterCard (including Maestro), issued by any bank in the world including Belarusbank and BELKART. 

What discounts and special offers do you have?

There are a number of sales during the year. To ensure that you are up-to-date, and you do not miss one of our great sales, please subscribe to our newsletter or connect with one of our social media channels.

How many bouquets can I order?

You can order any number of bouquets. However, if your order exceeds 10 bouquets, please call us and we’ll help you to complete this order.

I represent a corporate customer and I’d like to place an order. Is this possible?

We’ll be happy to complete any order you require. Among our loyal customers there are many corporate customers alongside our private customers. If you would like us to provide flowers for a corporate event, then please contact us at support@happybee.by or call us on +375291737999 to discuss your requirements.

Can I change or cancel an order once it is placed?

Please contact us at support@happybee.by and we will do our best to can or amend your order however, please note, that once your order has been accepted by one of our partner florists, it is normally impossible to amend or change it but we will do our very best for you. After all, we want you to be happy bumblebee too!
